Every child deserves the chance to dance.
Your donation helps Hackettstown-area dancers and surrounding communities participate in The Nutcracker, regardless of financial circumstances. By supporting the NJCYB Scholarship Fund, you’re opening the doors to the stage and ensuring that no child is turned away because of cost.

What Your Gift Supports
Your donation allows a child to participate in a professionally staged ballet with NJCYB. This experience includes:

• Weekly rehearsals from September through December (Fridays & Saturdays)

• Hours of dance education guided by experienced teachers and mentors

• A chance to dance among professionals on stage

• The opportunity to live a dream and perform in The Nutcracker at Centenary University.

The 2025 Nutcracker will be performed December 19th–21st.

Scholarship funds go directly toward required participation costs, including:

• Audition fees

• Membership fees

• Volunteer deposits

• Ticket minimums

Donation Terms & Conditions

By submitting a donation to the New Jersey Civic Youth Ballet (NJCYB), you agree to the following terms:

1. Tax-Deductible Contributions:
   NJCYB is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. All donations are tax-deductible to the fullest extent permitted by law. You will receive a confirmation and donation receipt for your records.

2. Use of Funds:
   100% of your donations will be used to support student scholarships.

3. Refund Policy:
   All donations are considered final and non-refundable. If you believe a donation was made in error, please contact us within 7 business days and we will review your request.

4. Donor Recognition:
   Donors may be recognized publicly in print and digital materials unless they indicate a preference to remain anonymous. Recognition name(s) will appear as submitted on the donation form.

5. Privacy:
   NJCYB respects your privacy. We do not sell, trade, or share donor information with third parties. Your contact information is collected for the purpose of processing your donation and communicating with you regarding your gift and our programs.

6. Gifts in Honor or Memory:
   If your donation is made in honor or memory of someone, please clearly indicate this on the donation form. We will acknowledge the tribute accordingly if contact information is provided.
